Those who don’t like rants should probably close out now, but for the rest of you… What happened to TT.net?! Seriously… When I (regretfully) sold my Z back in 2008 this was the greatest Z site I had ever experienced. I still think that the information/resources/ingenuity here is still second to none, but where has all the fun/BS gone? I still remember the days when if you missed a day of TT.net you missed almost a page or two worth of great (sometimes not so great, but equally entertaining none the less) content/information from all the users on here. Like I said, I’m admittedly drunk, but I find myself trying to wrap my brain around what has happened and I just can’t. You can't tell me that the love for the Z has diminished that much… Hell, I’ve wanted another Z ever since I sold mine and I still for some reason have came back to this site religiously for the past 5 years regardless of the fact that I don’t even own a Z anymore! I LOVE the innovation and constantly evolving aspect of those who continue to find/create ever improved products for the Z, but products alone will not maintain the legacy/love for the Z that we all share. So I guess in closing, I’m not sure what is driving/deterring people away from posting/contributing to this site, but whatever it is I can only hope and pray it is temporary or the very love towards an inanimate object that connects us all may not only be lost, but possibly even forgotten…… That is all. P.S. – Probably a little deep for a Saturday night/Sunday morning, but I was just sitting here drinking and watching TV thinking about how if I still had a Z how much more fun I would be having out driving it with the t-tops off, heat on, and boost pushing me in the seat. Maybe again eventually someday… One can only hope.
